From the start we have been a family owned & operated business. We have worked to earn homebuyer's trust for over 25 years, rooting back to 1992 when Michael Gennaro first started building homes. We are a company that keeps its word, and nevers strays from our original commitment to being a reliable homebuilder that people can trust for quality. When you build with Northridge you get the home you want, on the land you love, built from the ground up.

“I began by renovating homes in the 90’s, after serving in the United States Airforce. The core values I learned in the military have transferred into my professional and personal life. When working with Northridge Construction, I can guarantee that integrity comes first. We strive for excellence in all we do; from communication to the physical build. There is something particularly special about designing and building homes from the ground up with the family that would make that house their home. I believe that everyone deserves to live in a home designed just for them. Not close to what they want, but exactly what they want, right where they want to live.
